Validata was formed in 1993 by Fernando Macias, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Over the past sixteen years, Validata has helped a wide array of US companies implement more efficient internal business processes and achieve greater levels of profitability by outsourcing their non-core business processes to our trusted staff of data processing experts.

In 2007, Validata opened its second location in Mexico City to increase our client service capabilities and provide crucial data/operations redundancy for business continuity purposes. We then opened our Austin, Texas sales and support office in 2009, so as to better serve US clients and provide a local contact point for new business development.

Today, Validata is uniquely positioned to offer best-of-class business process outsourcing to companies in the financial, insurance, loyalty, publishing, and medical billing industries.
